Tips for stereo mic'ing (with two mics)?

Hi, folks. I'm beginning an acoustic project that will feature long periods of a solo acoustic guitar, nylon or steel. I plan to try using two SP B1 mics, one at the bridge, one at the 12th fret (for starters), and I'm wondering if anyone has any tried and true suggestions. My search at this site revealed a bit, especially the phasing problem that I might have, but is there anything else that can save me time and headaches? Anyone doing such stereo mic'ing with solo instruments?

Thanks for that link. I've not had anyone nearby to show me the way those should be placed and the pics in it really cleared up the placement for me. I've been reading the descriptions in lots of places but was wrong here. Soon as my acoustic player gets in from college I'm going to try it.
