M-Audio, Keyrig 25, $50 sold

These are just the mics that I've gathered as I went about the business of building a home studio
so mostly, it's entry level gear.
I can't use them all.
Some of the AKGs and Shures have been my working gear and still are excellent, dependable mics.
I'll be keeping a couple of these as live mics, depending on what sells.
I prefer Paypal.

So I still have the Behringer B5 and the two Nady RSM 2 Ribbons.
With all the money I made on selling my old gear, I bought an AKG Solid Tube and a Pair of Blue Bluebirds.
(I sold some rack gear on E-Bay, too.)
This means that I'll also be selling some of my other mics.
Behringer T-1 Tube Condenser $150 plus shipping

And a couple of my AKG C3000 microphones. One of them is up on E-Bay and has 10 hours to go.
AKG C3000 Condenser Microphone on eBay.ca (item 220720564042 end time 13-Jan-11 05:08:08 EST)
These are a step up from entry level so the prices will reflect that.

Hows it going with that, you seemed to like that t1... before you got the solid tube of course ;)

The Behringer T-1 is up for sale.
I like it and rate it only slightly behind the Golden Age R1 which I'm not selling.
It's a fairly flat response with just a touch of brightness to it but not a lot.
Noise is not a factor and the sound for vocals was quite lovely.
I think it would lend itself well to acoustic strings but beyond that, I can't say.
Looked remarkable sitting next to the Solid Tube in that Behringer makes no attempt to hide their admiration for the latter.
They have identical shock mounts, A point worth noting for Solid Tube owners and take the same size pop filters.
Each has a wee red window bearing the company logo and both glow when the unit is turned on. This is accomplished by mounting an LED bulb right in the middle of the valve seat.
Behringer gets a hard time for it. AKG, not so much.
Anyway, I can't keep them all and the AKG fits me like an ould suit.

Edit: Just a quick rethink on that. I have about 8 or 9 microphones still up for sale on E-bay. They will close in the next 16 to 29 days.
Once they close, I'm done selling and I get to keep what's left. This has been a very positive experience and I hope that the buyers get as much out of it as I have.

Everything, including some gear that I didn't post here, sold.
The last Nady RSM 2 went out today.
With the money I made I have completely revamped my mic cabinet and (I hope) passed on some fair deals to others.
Thanks everybody!
