Time lag when recording.

Okay could anybody tell me the possible reasons for this ? I'm using a Delta 44, and the time lag seems to be about 2ms. I can slide the waveform into place and it is perfect, so I know it's not my playing.

Correction

That should read 20ms.

I've just realised I am monitoring with my other soundcard so I reckon that must be it. I'm gonna test that now.
