the only difference is really my sloppy intro and outro and then of course using my voice instead of john lennons (without paul mccartney's harmonies - if anyone wants to tackle those harmonies, then by all means). otherwise it's about the same I think... I even used the same model rickenbacker that lennon had...

I can hear some ringing power chords coming in at certain points sounding cool.

Anyway, thought that sounded way familiar and good but didn't recognize it (haha, i blame the beer ) I was expecting this mad at the girlfriend hardcore song by the same name, but I'd consider this even more laid back then the original because of less drum presence. Which is fine for a slightly different feel . Cheers

I really enjoyed your vocal on this one...not an exact copy,but your own tone/timbre to it...very nice!Imho it would be cool to here a bit more drums percussion driving this...even though would be diffrent then the original, it would give the song a cool kick!Nice work!
