Thoughts on the Monitor Station Remote for Firestudio?

Well I own a big knob. After owning it for a week I finally plugged it in. It did not sound as full to me as what came directly out of my firestudio. I feel like i was getting a touch more midrange. I notice vocals stood out more. Everything sounded a little less glued together. What I do like is the fact that I've got a big knob, and the dim button is neat, and it provides quite a bit of volume as well.

I'm just wondering if I should get rid of this and the cabling that has to follow it around and get a Monitor Station Remote for my Firestudio. Anyone have any experience with the MSR or both?

I'd say yes... If your happier with the Fire Studio output then go with that... but I don't know, the knob's not nearly as big
