The not fountain head
Did Kanye kill it?

I haven't made it to the last track, but so far 3 out of 5 tracks are 5 stars, in my opinion...

The depth in the mixing is a number of steps above his previous releases.

I've always heard flaws in his previous recordings.. So far, the mixing of this album approaches but doesn't meet/surpass The Beatles' "Love" album (a mixing masterpiece).

I think its hot, despite the random profanity! Kanye had some tight beats and his metaphors were insane. I thinks its better than his other albums. I think my fav track is Lil Brother.

Kanye!!!!!!!!!!!

All Day Baby!...welcome Kids Back To Hip Hop!!!!!!!

The album is hot dont get me wrong but i think a big thing is people really looking for somethin different to hang on to and say yea thats real hip hop..... cause real talk I got Talib Album today and that joint kills Kanye imo but aint nobody talkin bout that joint.... Kanye to me is like 50 Cents alter ego..... he's the yng to 50 yang if u get what im sayin..... if u take 50 minus the tats, jail muscles, and bullet holes u a have Kanye...

then again I could be completely wrong

And not to mention Finding Forever wow..... dayum near everything out kills 50 joint i just think the whole point is being missed.... imo it aint about who sale the most but who making the best music.... when cats stop competing and makin arguments bout soundscan numbers thats when hip hop a be back

Well put man... I was just reading about Mos Def's discography today... There's some amazing stuff that I haven't even heard yet... Topic wise, alone...

Finding Forever is more heartwarming than Kanye's joint.. FOR ABSOLUTE CERTAIN... and I've been diggin' Kweli since way back..

When I saw Kweli in Cincy a few years back he killed a joint live that sampled the Beatles... Which I think went unreleased due to lack of clearance..

Good times..

I think Kanye's problem is that he's very money oriented... Certain topics he's thinly veiled on..(I think he has so much help from people during production that the end result is 75%, at most, his creation..

What's most surprising, is the Mos & Kanye collab on "Graduation", "Drunk And Hot Girls"... That's an odd track...

Great album.. still there are a few tracks I'll probably be skipping 90% of the times I listen to the album...

With an album more like "College Dropout" or "Reasonable Doubt", I feel more pleased with the album's concept as a whole...

yea i think college dropout was his best joint.... and i kinda expected more for the mos kanye collab but then again I think this album for him was more about pushing the norm and tryin something different...... so in that aspect he did it
