It's a good mix as far as balance, but it sounds a little thin, almost as if I am listening thru an old-time telephone. That is, things in the mix which appear mid-range heavy are up front and dominant. If you bring the fatter sounding instruments forward and the thinner sounding instruments down a little then the song may sound bigger and more colorful overall.

(It's a WAV file? Really? Dude, wav is great for studio work but convert them to mp3 for Internet uploads. More people will listen then. Just sayin.)
