when i started this song it was fine, but now when i listen to it i get a crushing headache. im very new to all of this music crap, and im trying to figure out if its just me or something. the vocals are guide vocals by me for a female singer, but i dont think its the vocals. im wondering if it is the kick drum thats bothering me.

i would be willing to let someone else mix it if they can. otherwise im gonna throw it in the garbage.

Well, right off the bat, the recording is pretty noisy. I guess it's the piano in the intro, but i can still hear that "sssssss" all the way through. The kick it just probably way to low end heavy. I see that you're trying to get it cut through, but extra low end just makes things muddy instead of more present. Try to boost a tad bit in the 2-4 k range to get a bit of click. Also, a touch of distortion can go a long way in getting a kick to cut. Go easy though!! Just a touch.

And seriously, as i continue to listen, that static noise throughout the whole track is killing me. I bet you'd be able to hear everything much better if that were gone. Solo all the tracks one by one until you find where it's coming from. It may require re-tracking to get rid of it.

I think it is the bass drum. Cut the mid range out of the bass drum and lower the volume. Do you have a bass on the song? You might try changing the synth sound to something less in your face.

There is a ton of rumble when the song kicks in. The kick sample is a huge problem. It's dominating everything. IMO - you should use a different kick sound and pull it way back.

I'd also pull back the synths too. There are sections where it's tough to hear the vocal.

If you like the effects on the vocal, then keep them. But they give the vocal a weird, unnatural sound. But that may be what you want.
