They have a Newbie FAQ thread.
I'm fairly sure that one of the first things it says when you get here is to use the
search function before you start making threads. If they don't see/want to read
that, they won't read a sticky with pages of angry people randomly shouting
bold words at one another to make each other feel sad.
If anything, they should just have one of those big banners that takes over the
screen for 3 seconds saying:
Use the search function and stuff!!1!1!! ROFLCOPTER
(and stay away from Victory Pete, he makes stuff up and steals money and talcum powder from the elderly)

thats a good idea phil, the stickies really dont do anything.
i really think the search function should be in a place that is constantly in view, im sure lots of newbies dont even see it down the bottom of the page.
i know this starts the question of, well noobie should you be smart enough to look at the bottom of the page, but lets not forget some of the posts that actually get posted around here.
not to mention half of these people cant even be bothered posting in the right forum.
youll see posts with questions about where to put acoustic treatment in the microphone forum or something. thats just incredibly lazy.
oh and for the record, i think myself and king would agree that nether of us felt sad at anytime, nor where any kings or audioleaks harmed in the making of this thread.

Well, I'm mighty proud you reserved yourself from hitting the delete button. As far as having the nerve to ask, I absolutely love this forum and was just trying to help the site be as good and efficient as possible. I see you have been here a very long time and have posted many things so I'm sure you can understand where I'm coming from as far as people posting the same old thing day after day with little or no varyation of a general topic.
