A friend of mine stopped over last night and we put together a song he's been working on. This was just a fun little ditty that shouldn't be taken too seriously. It turned out pretty cool though. It's called "I Like To Watch".

Hehe...kinda cute. The vocal needs some guts though. Your voice is fine, it just sounds like you are singing with a baby sleeping in the next room. I don't dig the rhythym guitar much...too whimpy.

I like the song, it needs to grow some balls though.

You should sing it like a grizzly 80 year old drunken blues man. If you need a character singer let me know.
 
I hear ya

Yeah, we just threw this together pretty fast. I might take some time and try a few other takes on guitar and see what happens. Greg was the singer and he's a bit softspoken to begin with. I talked to him about getting emotional, and this is what we got. Maybe I need to steal some money from him or step on his toes to get him excited. Still, it was fun.

This reminds me of something "dobro" might have done.
I like the loose feel and sense of humour on this.
Some of that guitar pickin in the background aint too shabby either:)
On second listen, these lyrics are really very clever.
This deserves another listen

Sometimes some really cool stuff can come out of "just for fun" jamming.

I like this, man! Some clever lyrics. I used to have a boss just like this. He used to actually watch what you were doing, then come over and say "what are you doing?" He was a jerk, anyway...

I guess you're not really looking for mix stuff, but I think the song is definitely fun. If I was going to give mix stuff, I would say this is a little bass heavy...maybe needs some eq.

I think it`s very unique. The instrument selection was really cool. Id like to hear more kick drum stabbin occasionaly and the snare pop more without the long rolls, but the tune does have its own character. Very nice.... you got a bit some sub wrestling going on that might use a touch of lo-shelf to clean it just a tad. Vocals sound good. Guitars fine to me maybe could move back the acoustic a foot or two. harp excellent. Nice tub bass.. :)
