This is the equipment I have
XM410 - Powered Mixer with Speakers

1 Shure SM58 Microphone
1 Samson Q6 Microphone
1 Samson Q8 Microphone

And a laptop computer with various recording programs

We are a 5 peice screamo band and I was wondering what else for equipment I need to record my music, I have tried countless times to record but all have ended in failure... Please tell me what I could do to record my music

You need a Firewire or USB device to convert the audio to digital signal. read the myriad of threads on this site ...
