man, i would love to do something with you, but i don't have anywhere to record. I do know a cat that has a very humble studio setup on FT. Meade. basically he has a computer running Cubase SX, a breakout soundcard and a mic. there is this one other cat i know with a studio at his crib, but i'm not sure how close he lives to FT. Meade. if you have any connects here, let me know. btw, I don't know if you've heard of these cats called the North East Kings, but one of their old members who also goes by the name of BossMan just signed a deal with Jermain Dupri.
 
Received the cd the other day. I haven't had much time to give it a serious listen though - what I've heard so far is definitely catching my ear.

man a corner space in your closet and get to recording..then after that clean up the vocals with Waves and everything will be ok..LOL trust i recorded alot of folks that way

Yeah the artist name BossMan been puttin it down on the B'More scene for awhile..i had heard he had signed with someone..

Maryland is to funny when it come to music..in B'More your hear his song on the radio all the time but on DC stations your barely hear him at all...this is why i dont listen to the radio much...where is my MAC Shell Shock CD at..ooh its in the car..been having a No Limit movement latley..

what's up Bknot1? yeah i don't have a problem with going back to closet or open room recordings at the moment, but the apartment is a little cramped and if i'm collabing with someone, i'd much rather hook up somewhere a little more comfortable.

I moved out here to find another cat running with that name, so i'm going to fall back with using the AKA bossman. I need to see if i can get Redcross, copwritten, trademarked are whatever i need to do to have it as my name for the music business. I'm hoping since i'm using it for music, i wouldn't run into any problems. i think the average rate for a thorough search and paperwork is like $600.00 with a copywrite lawyer.
 
true i understand..did you do a seach at http://www.uspto.gov/

i think you will need to add another 'd' in Red to be safe..cause the Red Cross part is trademarked as part of American Red Cross ..

but from the seach i did it did show any for Redd Cross...

damn! i don't know how i forgot to mail you one. i'll be burning more copies tonight. my bad, i just went to check all the addresses and i'm like damn, i don't remember sending anything to oklahoma.

Whoever don't have Redcross Joint need to get it and pump it in your hood. We gotta support our own! What we do is help each other do what we do! I'm feeling it, and I have turned a couple of local DJ's on to it and y'all should do the same. Anyone else who got something going on holla holla holla holla!!
