Did a little fun experiment, tried to create 3 separate pieces of music that somewhat fit together. Came out as a kind of fusiony instrumental hodgepodge.

The lead guitar in the first section sounded cool. Even with all the big reverb. I'm not usually a fan of that. But it worked well here.

Not a big fan of the bass sound. The twangy "round wound" sound, to me, didn't fit the rest of the sound. It also lacked a little low-mid warmth.

The rhythm guitar sound and part in the second section sounded real cool. Loved the edge-of-breakup sound. Still didn't like the bass.

The bass tone fit the last section a little better. Great guitar playing in the last section.

Drums sounded OK, a bit "programmy." But OK. Snare sound was a little slappy.

I like the "prog"-sound of this! Maybe A little less volyme on the delay for the lead guitar in the beginning but thats just my two cents. Cool!

Yeah, Bass guitar is my struggle always...I have been trying to "carve out" some low freq/s as I'm usually overly boomy and mushy on my bass tracks imo....I was going for a epic reverby guitar sound in the 1st part, so it would hopefully contrast with the warmer up front strat part in the 2nd. Drums are from a loop set I cut up and move around, I did eq them a bit to get them "sharper"? Thanks for the listen, always appreciate your feedback!

Thanks man, yeah I think I may take it down a couple of notches :>)
