the VM-200 and a DAW....

Hey......question.....I own a VM-200 digital mizer that I currently use with a VF-16 for 16 tracks of recording. I am curious....has anyone tried to use the VM-200 as a midi controller for any of the various DAW programs. Currently, I am using N-Track, but am probably going to be upgrading to Pro Tools LE very soon. Any thoughts?

There are quite a few folks here who use the VM200 as a controller. Just do a search in this forum & I'm sure you'll find a few relevant threads.

I haven't used the VM200 with n-track or protools, but I have used it with Sonar, Samplitude, Nuendo, and Cubase VST. It worked the best with Nuendo.
