Pretty good TP. I think the vocals are a little too loud in spots. Maybe slam the compressor harder. Or just turn them down. They could could come down and still be fine since the mix is so sparse.

Where's the drums? :D

Thanks man! I'm actually finding the vocals tough to sit right because the backing vox are so strong. Might just take both down a few dbs.

Do not even get me started on the drums. I was setting a metronome up and the guy was like "You know I sometimes play ahead and sometimes behind the beat right? That's okay, right?"

I deleted the click track and just splashed away on the ride while they did their thing. Honestly, what's the fucking problem with guitarists and metronomes?

First off, I was pleasantly surprised to hear a new take on an old favourite.
Very nicely done.
You have a glitch of sorts at "Was" in the first verse. "Alas it was to none but me".

Now to ownership. Who the heck is Kevin Bird? He did not write this song. It was written around 1605, possibly earlier. Nor did he compose the music.

His name does not belong on that page as a composer.
Arranger? Fine but no more than that.

Not really sure what you're talking about...there's no mention of Kevin Bird anywhere on my Soundclick page...no idea who he is. I've credited it as trad and arranged by the guitarist in question. Are you getting confused by the dynamic links generated in the player widget?

This
Kevin Bird - "Someday (instrumental)"
Piano, percussion and strings - composed by Kevin Bird and performed by American pianist Henry Adam "Hank" Curtis.
is what it says above your song.
Nothing to do with your music?
Aaaaah! It's a banner for someone else's music.
My bad.
I still like your version though.

Thanks for that, now that I think about it that is hugely confusing!
