Good song and even better recording. Everthing sounds great...punchy drums, clear vocals, good groove. If I had one nitpick it'd be the lead licks at the 1:59 and the 3:20 mark are a little buried in the mix to my ears. Otherwise, great stuff!

RAMI, I see you're recording on the Tascam 2488. I recently picked one up and can only hope my mixes one day sound as good as yours.

Thanx alot guys.

Greg. I don't know what I did differently to make the drums sound better. I guess I just might be getting better at eq'ing, etc....Thanx man. I know it's not my best tune, writing-wise. I find some songs are more "groove" than "composition". This might be one of them.

J.C. Scott. Thanx for the listen and comments. And thank you for still finding something positive. I know that's hard to do when listening to something that isn't to your tastes styl-wise.

Webb. I appreciate the kind words. Welcome to the 2488 club. I love this machine. Like anything else, every tune you do will be better than the last as you get to know it. Don't hesitate to PM me if you have any questions as you're getting to know the machine.

It definitely sounds like a Rami tune. The drums are not as bass heavy as they are in some of your other songs. This is a good thing. That one part really does sound like bad editing as Snakedog pointed out. Good playing nice job over all.

Thanx alot Ocnor. I'm going to have to look into that "bad editing" part. I don't edit my music. I don't even record with software that allows me to cut and paste. I guess they're just too-abrupt punch-ins. Thanx guys, I'll have to check that out.

Rami:

New song kicks ass , I love it!
Totally killer groove, punchy snare drum, "pizzicato" stereo guitars ,cimbal playing and stereo vocals on "B" part...

Perfect !!!

Good job on mix.
I like your "not so hard" style songs too( my favorite on this way is "SKY"...).

I´m doing more "listener" comments, ok? (I´m far from home and monitors, but listening on good headphones).

Consider you received "green chiclets" by me, ok?
I´m trying, but appears "You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to RAMI again", which I don´t know what means.

Congrats one more time, Buddy!!!

CIRO

Thanx alot CIRO. Man, I never thought I'd ever do anything "pizzacatto"....That makes me hungry for some reason...hehe.

I appreciate your comments, buddy. I have to re-mix this when I get around to it, and fix the parts that aren't edits, but sound like edits.
Thanx dudes.

Hello again RAM!,
I hope that you got my "lapsus linguae" in my previous post.
What I really wanted to say was that you were better than many famous bands. English is my 4th lenguage and I often use wrong words
Still, I'm sure you understood what I wanted to say :)
Now I'm exited about what did I write in my review on your site

Anyway, you rock!
