Ain't that some shit? Next they're gonna make an EVH striped Les Paul.

what is the black little control panel on the upper wing? Hmmm. Sustainer? Mid, treb, bass?

what wanna know is whe the fuck is he wearing a skirt?

You've heard they're gonna do a tour sometime soon right? Roth is gonna front, and Wolfgang is in for bass.

Do you realize that they are only making 300 of them, and have a suggested retail of $25000.00!! No, there isn't an extra zero in there...

Crazy!

I think he should get a clue and stick with the frankenstein guitar. It's the coolest one he's ever had.

By the way, has Eddie lost his mind?

Seems pretty sound to me. No doubt fender's giving him a shitload of money for privilege of making the 3rd or fourth limited edition collectors' frankenstein.

I watched some of the video before. It struck me that Ed was saying what a faithful replica it was. Maybe Fender custom shop is flexing its muscle a bit to show how good they are at putting together guitars and making them look all shitty and beat up.

Fender is indeed the company behind the scenes on this. The original Frankenstrat was made largely of Charvel parts....Fender now owns Charvel so they feel they can make a Custom Shop replica of the Frankenstrat.

The stuff mentioned above is indeed what I've heard on other boards....only 300 will be made and they will be $20000+. Much like the EC "Blackie" they did last year.

Apparently the detail is insane....cigarette burns in all the right places and even the quarter screwed into the body to keep the tremelo in place is the correct year.

Replica's are stupid shit. And over 20 grand...Ha!

I guess not for the collector though. I doubt I would buy one even if I was a millionaire.

Just think of the studio stuff to be had with $25 g's.

You know, after seeing the demo video, I have a new respect for Eddie. Seems like a humble guy in a way, and I know he probably wasn't like that back in the day. I really wish Eddie the best.

Hey Zed, are both quotes in your signature from Futurama? The first one sounds an awful lot like something Bender would say, and the latter one sounds like a quote from the episode when Fry got the robot devil's hands and was playing the whatchamacallit dream flute thingy.

That's interesting about the year on the quarter. How does one use a quarter to steady a tremolo anyways?

What the?~! Where did he go?

Looks like he needs to sell guitars so he can buy some new clothes. The dude is great in my book but man that was embarrassing to watch.
