Ladies and Gentleman, the moment has arrived.
Having reached global cult status amongst strange musicians, from Stockholm to Inverness, from Montecito to Tokio, the Matrix HAS Inverted.

It is time, time to dare you, time to dare you to listen to the Matrix, from song 1 to the end. I will pray fror you, I wish you luck, if you survive THE MATRIX your life will have changed ............ FOREVER.

I would in particular like to draw your attention to song #9, which has an outstanding, heart-warming, Britney beating vocal performance (according to sonusman - it IS the NEW Britney! heard first here - at homewreckers.com)

We thank the Almighty for helping us be gooder to ourselves and those of us near we. May you find yourself fruitworthy!

sjoko,

By "Song #9" do you mean "Auto the Dog"?

Also, can you toggle the setting that allows non-members to download rather than stream?

this is one of the most bizzare things i ever heard in my life and for that, i liked it. i listen to it from beginning to end, and i must say that affected me in some way for sure, whether it be positive or negative im not sure:)

on the headpones I am listening to right now, it sounds very proffesional. I must listen again when I get back to the ns10s.

Auto the Dog has the new SOAD or staind sound. Melodious part followed by a very riotous part. Groovey

I listened to Never invert the matix as well as vox domini. You got some TIGHT vocal recording DOWN. Is this the same tube mic into tube channel that you use on Uru? tell me its not. Tell me its an AT 4050 so that I can run out and get one.

I plan to listen to the whole album, but right now, Vox Domini is my fave. I like that style of melancholy melody.

Couple of things ...
Its not me, its one of my best friends, Robinson. He's my kind off "protege"
The was done a couple of years ago, by Robinson. He wrote it, played almost everything on it, sang it, recorded and mixed it.
It was recorded in a garage / basement with a low 6"3" ceiling, using an old mackie, one 16 bit ADAT, one DA88 (so 16 channels total), and one old effects processor, thats all.

Ever since then - he's become a producer / engineer, and if he has more than one day a month of its a lot. He works from a nice studio here in town called Beagle Studio, and his equipment has improved somewhat:)

Just shows you what is possible - as long as you don't forget this is someone special, very talented

Bow wow.

It kind of reminds me of how the mind works, jumping from one thought to another, from one mood to another.

The important thing is it sounds pretty good, although lo-fi streaming sucks in such a very big way.

He does that thing Zappa does sometimes, combining something beautiful and something grotesque.

I'd like to hear this at better than lo-fi quality.

The streaming was sketchy but enough to see the genius of what was goin' on.

I want some downloads!

sjoko2,

Man what is it with you and not letting us download. What do you think, we're going to pirate your stuff?

You're the only one who doesn't allow download at this site, cut the crap!

I want to listen, but lo fi doesn't cut it.

Get with the program!

all the songs are on "allow member download" So if you are a member of nowhereradio, you should be able to download them no problem.

sjoko2,

I take that back, still won't download. I had no problem downloading Buck's song, and all others at nowhere, but your's won't.

What's the deal?

GT,
Simple...
sjoko2 checked "allow member" downloads.
He did NOT check "allow ALL" downloads.

Unless he changes, you ain't downloading if you ain't a member.

I went ahead and signed up cuz Waldo seems like a straight up guy, its free, I'm always happy to get free webspace, I figured he could use another user, and I hate the MP3.com waiting period BS...

Just got into the office (sigh).

Long ago, in a post far far away, I mentioned that member download isn't functioning yet. I will have some time freed up in the near future to finish alot of these things that are hanging over my head, but until the, 'Allow All Download' is the only way to allow downloads at all.

I'll keep you all posted as much as I can without stepping on Dragons toes! BTW, he responded! And all is well.

"All is well, all is well, and all manner of thing shall be well."

Identify the quote (no, it's not Waldo), and win a free copy of a new CD!

Pete Townshend - "The Iron Man- a Musical" Track "All Shall be Well"

(unless he ripped it from whomever you are thinking of.) ;)
