Been kinda uninspired lately, decided to just try something a bit basic...the "vocals" in this are actually clips from my drummer from our rehearsal recordings.. he wears one of those goofy headset mics that's always on and its kinda funny to hear his channel iso'd because he tends to hum, and grunt along with the songs...he made some kind of crow noise when we were checking mics, and I thought it would be a perfect sample for this ...so I looped and mangled it a bit....the lead guitar is just the basic melody or theme I want to use...hopefully I will be able to come up with a bit more exciting varied part....

Nice recording...good balance and great clarity all around. I like the crow sound (maybe a bit too loud?) and the other samples - is there a little crackling associated with the crow sample?

It is a little repetitive, but I think you already indicated you hope to add some variation which I think would help retain interest throught the piece. Good job man .

Cool tune, Queep. Great guitars!!! Evrything sounds awesome, actually. Killer riff. Doesn't sound like your usual drum sound. I think the drums are perfect for this tune.

the kick is perfect on the rare accented beats (the "oomphs"), but i could use more body and snap on the rest of it.

other than that, the mix is perfect.

nicely done. the guitar tones are smooth.

excellent balancing.

Cool use of a drummer!
Chunky Riff, lead lines are cool except for a couple of whammy bar wobbles that didn't work for me.
there is a little crackle around some of the samples - can you iron those out?
Good drums too!

Your doldrums are probably due to the incessant winter I'm having...lol.... Wish my inspired times could equal your uninspired ones! Just wanted to add that I liked the tune and the playing.
