Hey, I am doing the best I can to get one ready for formating. If this had been a Radio Shack HR forum, I would have been there already! :eek:
Don't worry, you dudes will get your day of 'w'reckoning!!!!

But until then, I thought it would be cool to get this going here.

I myself have more Jams, than actual finished tunes. At least I can play well with myself. That doesn't require as many skills! :D And easy to record! ;)

Well I'll try and post up some jammin' from tonights jam. This jam will be a smaller jam but still a jam none the less. :cool:

This thread is a good idea True, IMO. But you know, it is customary to start a thread with a musical offering of your own. :D Don't get me wrong - not saying that as a criticism, just encouragement. You're so well loved in this forum that if you just dive in and put up what you've got at the moment, editing and processing-wise, your listeners will have nothing but appreciation. And it's not just fear of Frau Spankenhiemer's paddling wrath either...

well, maybe just a little.

Tim, you are too kind. My reason for not putting one up yet is truely not being able to do so. I am getting the necessary tools to do this. And when I do....boy howdy!!!! :eek:
In fact, I don't know what emotion will overtake me when I do. The nervous, I want to hide under the bed one, Or the roll on the floor laughing one!!! :D

Ok, I'm sure this is not what you are looking for but whateva. :D Instead of just rippin' through long 10 min songs for fun, we decided you lay down some foundations for some new songs. We recording about a minute of a few songs we are bangin' around on to see if their worth finishing.

I thought I would post em here and get the big thumbs up or down on if they should be continued or not. Songs/Riffs like these are a dime a dozen so if anything sux don't be shy, you won't hurt my feelings!! If we spend alot of time on ALL of them, then it it'll take away from the ones worth spending more time on. :cool:

SPACE, those were soooooo good. My fave is #3. I love all those progressive jazzy rock sounds!!!
#1 is sooooo bassy, I love that !!!
And #2 is still bassy, but with more melodic sounds.
And #4 is short. :D
 
Ok, here is Dark And Lonely. This is the version I put to a home video to send to some relatives, plus a solo that some drunken ,moron did last night... :D

It's long, but can easily be trimmed down. I have a bit of lyrics for it, but since I have cannibalized them for my last few endeavors, I would have to re-write them. If someone wants, I can upload the individual tracks at 320K MP3, and they could be re-mixed, or whatever. VSB, if you play bass to this again, put it in the mix, but also save the individual file so it can be mixed in along with anything else. If you got lyrics, do em. You've heard me sing, and that is scary... :eek:

BTW, it was written as an instrumental, so the melody is not a song condusive to verse/chorus. It's pretty bizzare, as that is what seems to come from my hazy mind. More of just a story telling ramble, than anything...

Cool, I can add that bass line to the whole thing if you like. That solo is wicked, very caffenated. :D

I've come up with some lyrics for it I think, I'll work on it more.
