I can't even begin to think how you go about playing that ridiculous amount of drums. I might get lost in there for days.
As for premier drums, I think they're at least decent, but it depends on what you're going for. If you know what kind of wood it is and the sort of construction, check out the drum tuning bible (http://home.earthlink.net/~prof.sound/) to see what he says about woods. It all depends on what you want.
Premier made marching drums for years, so yes!!!! They know their shit..

They are great drums, but I much prefer the Pearl tom holders / mounting systems to those on Premier. My Pearl MMX kit is over 10 years old and the tom holders still work perfectly. The ball / socket clamp on my brand new Premier kit can hardly support the 13" rack tom without it slipping. I'm seriously thinking about putting a Pearl optimount on the rack tom.
