Although it sounds full, there's a little too much bottom end on the acoustic guitar. It also sounds a wee bit out of tune....maybe intonation wise....
The vocals sound pretty good (level/clean) - are you using a condensor mic?
There's a vocal echo in the right side that is just a little too delayed. I find it distracts. Perhaps a tighter/shorter echo would work better.
I like the overall recording/performance - just a few tweaks I think and it would be perfect....
