Christ man, no one else is answering so i am going to. I am not going to say that anyone person is the best, or better than another but i can tell you who i enjoy listening to the most on here.
My favorite is Wireneck, because he is one of the few who posts really heavy melodic metal...which i love. And it is played by a real band, with real drums. I love real drumming and will take it over programmed stuff any day.
Khompewtor...He has a way of singing melodies and hooks that just grab me, and he writes some really cool music.
B.Sabbath...I usually look forward to hearing his stuff. Very dark and moody alot of the times. I love that stuff. And he uses a whammy pedal...can't go wrong there.
Maryslittlesecret...very good NU metal stuff. well mixed and catchy.
Analytical Man...This guy is my favorite by far. He just has a way of playing exactly what i want to hear... i don't know how he does it...oh shit i am refering to myself in the third person again.
As you can tell i am a metalhead. But there are a ton of great musicians here. Just the majority of them aren't my style, i am sure i am not creating stuff that they particularly care for either. Lots of people here are great songwriters, engineers, and all that. There were some other guys on here a long time ago that would have taken a couple of spots but i can't remeber who they are .
Gotta add Crankone to the list... i love to listen to his Metallica covers for sure!!!!!!
