That Montana Grunge Sound - Part One

Slack - really liked the tune, seemed more fun for you than Hindsight, too, right? I don't know, I sorta liked the amphetamine drums. Vocals were good, but right at "Seems to me I gotta be a man" they were totally ON. ps it has taken me three days of trying to get this thing downloaded, timed out everytime..maybe 'cause it's the holidays, not many folks are on computers it did so well today?....gibs
 
Hey Slack,really liked the tune! sure had that "grunge" sound to my ears, like you I cant make up my mind if i wanna play blues grunge or whatever, but it is a whole lot of fun playing all of it. Oh yea what kind of Wa Wa was that? mabey a vox or crybaby? got to get me another one, that one sounded pretty wicked,, keep burnning man!!

Thanks! Yeah this one's a lot more fun than Hindsight was....but it's taking 10x longer to get right. I think the Window was the most fun for me to do so far.

Thanks...that's a crybaby. I don't know if I'd recommend one though...other than they're very durable. They seem to have a real narrow sweet spot and they're NOISY. At the beginning of that solo where I'm making mud pies I was moving my foot maybe a quarter of an inch in either direction which is not a lot of room to play with. It's kind of like it goes from real trebely to real bassy real quick. I have no experience with other wahs though so this might be true for them all?
