Good version - this can be the radio version. The longer version can be the CD version or put them both on the CD :D.

I thought you would just fade it out, but this sounds like a completely new flute solo! Sounds just as hot as the original!

BTW - Everything sounds good in the mix, especially like the bass and guitar tones you have going here.....

Very catchy - find myself singing this to myself lots......

Mix is good, and I didn't mind it had a long flute solo at the end.....not much for "Radio Friendly" stuff here...I want music. Good music. Formulas can bite my ass....

But, saying that, if this is all I ever heard from you, nice tune. Just remember, I'm not a flute guy, and I never shut this off with the long flute at the end. Not against either version, is all I'm saying. The overall tune is what I hear. And I think it's pretty good. It's not my normal listening style, but it keeps me interested, so you did something right.

And on to a more artistic way...with a flute, it might sound really cool with a fade, instead of just stopping....the flute kind of lends itself to that, like an acoustic guitar, or a violin. For some reason, those instruments sound really cool to me when they fade out. And yes, I am drinking, while listening.... :D

Thank you both for your constructive reviews. As I said, it was very brave of terry to take the razor to his fluttering, (bad pun I know), interesting differences.
Glad you thought the journey worth the while in listening to the longer one Dogman.
