some one is trying to sale me this, and i'm in need of an extra sound card, any one knows how much this thing cost or how good it is? haven't find anything on google about this strange one from Terratec

If I'm remembering these sound cards correctly, these came back in the day of teh Gravis Ultrasound PnP and Sound Blaster AWE32...the big thing about them being that they had on board sample memory. Very big in the European MOD (another fmusic file format using sequencing information and integrated samples) scene. The EWS was one of the most expensive of these sound cards at the time...
Unless you're really interested in the PC demo and MOD music scene, there's no reason to get one of these very old and currently not all that usable sound cards.

wow, thanks alot for the info, can't even find anything on google for this card 
. i knew Terratec was one of the good SC maker but just couldn't find anything on this model, no wonder they are going for so cheap. thanks again.
