Tempo problem is KILLING ME

ok, im trying to remix a song. so i found an acapella (which is actually pretty good quality). I imported it to Logic and started trying to line up the tempo of the imported file with the overall tempo of the project, this is where i am getting frustrated.

i know the tempo of the song is a steady tempo somewhere between 135 and 131 bpms. but i can not get the metronome in logic to line up with it.

Anyone have any tips, or a better way to do this?
 
At the begining of the song, there could be a silence...or a part of the track that needs to be cut off before mapping the tempo, try cutting the begining of the sng to right when the vocals start... ive had the same problem, and that was how i fixed it.
