Hello all, thanks for the info on posting mps's. Well here is my first published mp3 called, pitter patter of itty bitty feet. This was mixed using n-track, a fostex dmt-8vl,and a korg n364 keyboard. //http://www.juston.com/public/dkorg/pitterpatter.mp3

Well it was torture getting that file since my cable service went on an unannounced vacation, but I got it and those are some really nice synth tones. Some of the really pulse-ish bass notes made a clippy noise on my Events, but the V/U meter never got past 0dB.
Does Korg offer a module as opposed to the keyboard?

Yeah, drstawl korg offers a trinity rack and a nsr5r mutitmedia module. How did you like the music for the track? What catagory? how can i make it sound better?

Yo man, I just read S8-N's post about people not being involved and I'm afraid I fit that description a little too well! I've got this problem of downloading and listening to peoples stuff but then I don't post a response. I'm gonna go back and respond to all the mp3s I did that to, if I can search back that far.
First of all, Dkorg, I'm pleased to see any new posts, especially from fellow new posters! I hope that you too can benefit from the amazing, living well of knowledge that I have been lucky enough to find here.
Listening to the pitter patter gives me this kind of Curish 80s type sensation. Very tasteful in a melodic way benefiting the nature of the instrument used, if that makes any sense! I also experienced the "bass notes" problem described by drstawl. How many lines did you record at a time? I mean, did you do individual takess or did you sequence parts to play together? I'm not familiar with the korg so parden me if I seem lost. I think that a little work on the mix would go a long way on an otherwise melodically 'on' song. I also agree with drstawl about the tones, very nice.
