Sorry dude the rain sounds like deep frying in MP3 format. Maybe some verb or pull it back so that it's less harsh.
Is it me or are the drums leaning to the left.
The poor bass player - the work is buried either give it more space or EQ it back into the mix.
Do you have any other guitar tones available to you? - The two I can hear are a little over used - the lead line has a much better tone until the speed work comes in then it sound very samey.
The drums are also too in my face for my taste.
Things sound better at 2.40 when the guitars back off a little.
Good recording - just needs some mixing & a guitar tone that will make it YOU rather than just another 00's metal band.
 
The cymbals kind of sound loud to me... Almost hurt the ears a bit. Kick drum could use a bit more low end to it. Bass needs it's own area to show itself.
 
I like the tune and the performance of all the instruments is really good. I'd consider losing the rain thing all together. Best of luck.

thanks :] i definately will try all of that. i peronsally like having the durms in the front of the mix for this because our band is very big on our drums, and it's one of our main aspects.

bvut for the person who said about the low end on the double bass, its supposed to not have low end because it has a click pad on the pedal. he has his dw beaters turned around and its hitting as 4 inchx 2 inch peice of metal [click pad] hence the no low end in the bass drum

i am working on the rain effect. i know its kinda cheesy but im working with it.
