wassup
let me introduce myself real quick..
my name is Andy but i go by DJ Chronic. i live in memphis, tn and i am trying to make it in the hip-hop business. i have been making beats with a video game (MTV Music Generator for PSX) for a while and have recorded them onto tapes using a regular cassette deck.
now for my question...
i plan on buying a few things to get started.
first thing is the DR-202 dr. groove drum machine.
second thing is the SP-202 dr. sampler.
third thing is a Tascam 4-track recorder of some sort.
my question is do u think this is enough equipment to make some nice beats and be able to rap on them and record them on cassettes for demos?
thanx for your input
