of course that's not true....
(why is it that most hardcore Mac-users are so fanatic?)
I use the Mac everyday professionally (advertising-bizz) and when I get home I turn on my IBM-pc to do audio.
I've found that both systems are quite capable of doing their job. It really is a myth that the macintosh is much more stable. At work I frequently see that silly bomb that tells me I have to restart. If you've got those lovely programs, written for your pc, then by all means keep using them. I happen to like the IBM-pc more than the Mac, but you'll never hear me say (or write) that Mac-users are second best. In my opinion it really makes little difference what platform you use, as long as you're comfortable in the end with your setup. And you really shouldn't be bothered if someone, who uses the 'other' platform than you, tells you yours isn't any good. Ask 'em to explain and they probably can't.
I use them both, like them both.
