Telephone hybrid problem with Echo Mia Midi

Hi all... :)
I use EELA AUDIO Automatic Telephone Hybrid, Deton mixer 12 channel and Echo Mia Midi. When I play an audio file using Cool Edit 2 why volume sound heard on the phone is too little, never heard loud even volume on mixer set to max. Please help....

Spec:
Epox 8rda3+
AXP Barton 2500+
Corsair TwinX 2 x 256 Mb Pc-3200
Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 SATA 160 Gb 150 8 Mb cache.
 
I 'm a little unclear on your problem. Are you sending a signal from your EELA mixer into the Echo Mia, and not getting enough level, or just monitering back through the mixer from something already recorded? I've had a problem getting a decent level from my Korg D16 mixer/recorder into the Mia as well, (the few times I've tried) but I assume this is because the D16 only has unbalanced rca outs.
 
Play something recorded from my PC to someone outside using hybrid too to hear it or broadcast. They said the volume is too low.

Are you sure you have the Mia's software mixer adjusted properly?
