Sounds great man.

Some real drums would be even better though. I

If you want me to get picky, I think the kick drum sounds a little weird on this one. I know it's the same sound you used on most of your other songs, but it sounds a little weird this time. Maybe it's too loud or something.

Your guitar work is great as usual.

MrLip, hey, thanks for listening, bro.

Yah, it's the same kick-drum sound... maybe it sounds weird cuz I'm really slapping the hell outta the bass on almost every kick of the kick drum... I dunno.

Thanks about the guitar work... This was a fun song to do.

I'm going to be posting another one within the next few days... it's a soft song though, in contrast... love song. I'm just waiting for mp3.com to put it online.

Hey, by the way, you know, I got an email notification that you replied to my post, but when I clicked the link, I got taken to the "forum listing" page and all the images were broken, and if I tried to click on the "mp3 mixing clinic" link from that forum page, it would just take me back to the forum page again... I had to go back to the root (homerecording.com) and then click on the bbs link to get in here... anyone else have this problem today/tonight?

Teddie...
I was just wondering if you got a chance to send your CD to Chris Hunter at BeOnAir.com??
E-mail me....
themacbrothers@home.com

Buck, yeah. Chris asked for a bio (cringe) with my CD(s)... I've been meaning to write one... Damn, I have no idea how to write a bio... It would be:

"I was born, grew up a little, played music, grew up more, played more music, all grown up, playing music... and there ya go... me-yo my-yo my-bio."

I'm trying to get it all written up by this coming weekend.

You're awesome, bro for givin' me the FYI...

Watching Chris that saturday (with CDR running) I got a chance to check out his taste in music other than his guest which was the Mac Bros. He'd absolutely love your stuff!
I'm perpetually amazed at how you pull off these vocals in such a wide variety of settings. Another great job and another one that has some serious commercial potential.
As for a bio, I think he'd just wanna know what got you into music, what got you recording your own stuff, what do you do when you're not recording and how'd you get <there>.

drstawl, man, I stilled pissed that I missed Buck's interview...

Man, that'd be cool if Chris digs my stuff... that would make me much happy. Thanks for the tips on the bio... I'm really lost on writing this thing. Not really looking forward to it, but I think it's a good thing to have... especially for "press kits"... up until recently, I thought a "press kit" was a little bag that reporters used to hold paper and pens... seriously.

Thanks for listening to "Valley of the DogZ". I'm glad you liked it :)

Downloaded "dogz" several days ago and dug it...site probs made me forget to post how good I think it is...quite a departure for you....and still a great "Teddie" mix....gibs

gibs! Hey man, thanks for listening...

Now, were you having site problems here on the board or on MP3.com? I've been having problems on both... ACK.

Actually lately, things have been running smooth it seems, or "smoother".

The only thing I've been having a problem with is with the email notifications when someone replies to my post. When I click the link to the thread that is provided in the email, it just goes to the main forums menu, and all the images are "broken" and I can't navigate past that page... every link on the page just keeps taking me back to the forums menu...

What I end up having to do is go directly to the root http://www.homerecording.com and then navigate to the thread that was responded to... whew... long winded, I am.

Thanks again for listening.

Ted,

I've been having that exact same problem for several days now. It comes and it goes.

We should notify Dragon somehow.

Or has someone already done that?
