Did this on my G3 using the standard factory equiped stuff and Cubase
All the instruments are VSTi's except the acoustic guitar.
Would love some critisisms

Interesting piece. Is this a background for film? Good balance in the arrangement. Maybe bring up the ac rhythm gtr part a little.

When the ac gtr solo line comes in at 2:50 or so it's a nice addition. The gtr tone has a bit of a hard edge though in the 3-4 kHz range when it's playing its higher lines. Maybe a bit of an EQ tweak would smooth it without robbing it of brightness.. The electric gtr-ish howl during the first few seconds sounds out of place to me with the mood set throughout the piece.
