there's a demp that I did for a band called team rockit. I want to know what you all think. It was my firls real attempt at recording anything. We're going to do a full length soon and i'm going to remix these tracks so tell me what you think. Be harsh please!

Hmm.. i wasn't a big fan of this stuff. I listened to the first two tracks you had posted. I don't think the vocalist was doing a good job he sounded a little lackluster. Also I'd like to suggest trying to dress the bass up a little bit. It sounded too basic and clean.

I don't want to be discouraging, i hope you know you get the music where you want it to be. The guitars sounded nice good distortion, I didn't like when I heard the kit by itself. When the other stuff was playing the kit sounded ok, but when it did some fills by itself I thought it was clanky. Keep chuggin away, if this is your first project that's promising you'll see improvement every time.

well, let me point out that I don't like the songs and i don't expect anyone else to. I just want info on recording stuff.

I wish the drummer could tune a little better but not many can :-)

thanks for the input. I hope to get lots more! hint hint

Purely recording wise the first thing I want done with this stuff I think you need to dirty up the bass somehow and give it some grittiness.

Yeah anything.. a little distortion or something or scoop out the mids and make it a high/lo punch.
