Can anyone here tell me how to remove the 3 position lever switch on a teac A-3340 and replace it with one or two mechanical switches to use for fast winding and play function? Wiring diagram needed.

Not to pour water on your enthusiasm for wanting to do this but, you might also consider just adding the optional wired remote which will give you the button interface you're after.
