Teac a-2300sr reel-to-reel tape deck auto-reverse

Can anyone tell me what they think about the TEAC A-2300SR REEL-TO-REEL TAPE DECK AUTO-REVERSE , i would like to use it just to record music..is it worth buying one ..or should i stick with Cd player..
I have Nad equipment and a Luxman Turntable
w/ Boston Speakers..

I looked at some picks on the net and looked nice. It must be an old consumer deck? What kind of recordings are you planning on doing? And what ever you do stay away from that dreaded cd player!! HEHE!
