Everyone,
I was wondering what you guys think about the TC Voice Prism? I've heard good and bad things. But my issue is that I already have an Eventide GTR4000 with the Studio presets from the DSP4000 that includes some vocals presets, algorithms, etc...
I have not tried it yet on vocals.
I so far have no Mic Preamp in my home studio. I was using only the AKAIDPS16 pre's. I was considering getting a VoicePrism since it has an OK PRE plus a good arsenal of Vocal Effects, Harmonization etc....
BUT
I was wondering that since I got the DPS4000 studio card with my GTR, should I just save that money and get a nice Mic Pre for that price (Around $600) such as Focusrite Platinum Voice Master Pro and use the GTR4000 for Vocals too?
Does anyone here uses any of the older Eventide units for vocals?
If so, what is your take?
Thanks
