Since they came out with voicelive touch2, the older one is coming down in price...I thought I get ur opinion on this. I only sing karaoke by the way.

I've got the Voicelive rack (which I believe is the rack version of the Touch). I don't sing, but I use it to process tracks--vocals obviously, but also some guitars and others instruments. It wasn't cheap, but so far, I'm not disappointed.

I can get the voicelive play for 180, touch for 300 and the newest one is 599 but I bet they will sell for 500 since GC often have $100 off every 500 u spend. I don't mind spending more if they are worth it. I don't want it to sound childish or hollow. Quality of sound is important to me as I'm sure everyone here.

I was wrong--I think my Voicelive Rack is the same processor/features as the Touch2. In any case, have you seen this video? Yeah, I know--it's an ad from them, so of course it sounds good, but I was able to dial this stuff up right out of the box. I do all of my processing in my computer--I've got tons of plug-ins. But now I go out to this piece of hardware too. It's pretty slick.
