Does TC Electronics offer any plugins for DX or VST? Like the finalizer? I swear I've seen them before, but can't remember where....

Yup.

The best part about the TC Powercore is access to the Sony Oxford eq, compressor, and finalizing limiter. Totally blows Waves away. These plugs were a few years ago only available on big ticket Oxford devices that nobody short of a large studio could hope to justify in their expense.
