Its interesting how I am finfing that this orignal TC electronic M300 is actaully better then the M350. I have both, I brought the M300 first.

I noticed that the m350 has live stage instead of concert hall as a setting for one of the reverbs. I am so glad that I kept the original M300 as I love the concert hall verb.

I don't know what it is but do you find when they update stuff it does'nt always means its better. For example I have both the 620 Phonic powerpod which I brought about 5 years ago , I recently brogut the newer Phonicpowerpod 740 plus, although the 740 has a lot more power rating I prefer the 620 the older make , I find it much more punchier.

Has anyone else found this when they have brought upgradied equipment?

"New and improved" often means new and improved for the company's bottom line. (They found a way to make it cheaper)

New and improved by legal definition just means different... to the point of just changing the packaging... by sticking a label on that says "New and Improved" it is... simply because it has a new label on it's package.

and yes, the bottom line is everything
