Tascam US 428 and Cubase SX3

The Tascam 428 has 4 inputs A B C D but when I start SX3 in the
AudioBay it olny shows A and B. I have to manually C and D, which works.
My question is how do I save these settings so I don't have to do this every
time? Thank's Ed
