Tascam U-122 v. US-224

Does anyone know the main difference between these two units? I am new to this and can't really tell what one would do for me that the other wouldn't. Thanks
 
I don't want to sound like an ass but have you even checked the Tascam site for an overview of the features?
The 224 can be used as a control surface but its mic pres don't have phantom power, the 122 is the opposite of that. That would the biggest differences between the two units
