Tascam TM-D1000 w expansion card, Motu 2408 w/ 424 PCI card

I am selling an original Motu 2408 and it comes with the PCI 424 card and a 10 (maybe 15) foot firewire cable.

Note for PC users: The 424 card is said to work fine with most PC's. It worked with mine however, I'm selling it as is and I can't refund your money because it doesn't work with your unit.

Also for sale is a Tascam TM-D1000 digital mixer with the (much coveted) digital ins/outs TDIF/AES/EBU/SPDIF expansion card. It comes with all original packaging and the manual. The mixer's in great shape.

PM me and make me an offer. If it matches the reserve price I'm aiming at the item is yours.
 
If this is an ORIGINAL 2408, then I think it comes with a PCI 324 card, which is known to have issues with most current PCs.
 
If it's the 421, then yes, it's known to work in most PCs. Did you buy the card seperately?
 
Yeah the 424 was bought seperately, and for a pretty hefty price.
 
how many channels/busses and do at least 4 of the XLR inputs have preamps?

It has 8 inputs plus the 4 aes/ebu inputs on the back and the spdif connections on the back as well. This has the extra card already installed so it has a total of 16 channels in/out via TDIF port. Has 4 busses.

Yes it has 4 XLR preamps and many say they are pretty decent, not high end of course but I just got some really nice sounding guitars with them and a 57.

I'll sell the whole shabang for $850 or the mixer for $375 and the Motu, PCI card and firewire cable for $525.
