Hey everyone,
Well, I recently had to retire my Tascam 38 machine due to a dead motor, and have made the switch over to a 4 track reel. It's a lot of fun recording on the 4 track, so much that I don't really miss the 38 (maybe a little).
So, I have a lot of tape reels available that I'm trying to get rid of. Right now there's an auction on ebay for some reels of 456 (1996-era). I'm trying to get $25 for each reel, so if you are interested email me.
I also have a few nice reels of Scotch, Quantegy and some Emtec tape that I'm looking to find homes for too. If you are interested, you can send me an email at rwh@rosshammond.com.
Note, none of the tape is bad. I've used all of it with good results, and I think there is a lot of life left in the reels. Thanks very much for reading, and I'm sure I'll be posting a question about the 4 track soon.
