I am willing to pay 100-150 dollars excluding shipping for a TASCAM Portaone/Portatwo/246/424/414/464/488, cosmetic condition should be decent, I'm alright if the recorder has a few scuffs here and there, but it must be working perfectly, which means the unit should turn on, inputs should work fine, able to record/play/fast forward/rewind/pause with no problem(s), no bad heads, no switches/missing pieces, etc.
