It exists, but apparently is very rare. I've only seen a GA-40 once on Ebay in all these years. I wish I had bid on it then, but I think I slept thru that one!
Prior to a big system crash, I had pictures of the GA-40, but for now we'll just have to use our imagination! Hint: it's brown with colored caps, is 2U high, has 4 sections, and looks like all the other **-40 series of rack components.
