That ain't nothing....your flanges are a little bent/warped and as you can see in the video, they wobble up/down and that's what causes the tape to scrape.
I get this occasionally with my 2" reels. Very often, I can gently, but firmly, give the offending flange a little nudge up/down as needed, and that gets it back in shape.
If you put the deck in cue mode so you can move the tape/reels smoothly by hand....find the spot on the flange that rubs, mark it with a pencil, and then take it off the deck with no tape on it, and give it tug.
You don't needs to *bend* the flange.....we're talking a little tug and all you need to is adjust it by a couple of mm.
Looks to me like it's the bottom flange in the video.
Other than that, if you have any spare empty reels, just try 'em out and find one that isn't so wobbly.
