It's actually an M-308 (there is no 380). Looks like it's from 1986. It's a non "B" version, which has phantom power (this one doesn't). It's a fine board, will work with your recorder, provided it actually works and is not destroyed in shipping.

OK, you've got about a 5 - 6 hr drive to the major population cities of San Antonio, Austin and Houston and everything in between.
