good? anyone own it?

I'd like to see some more info, I am strongly considering getting it over the EMU 1820, or the MOTU 828MKII. It is in between the two in price and I think might be better than either. My main concern with the MOTU, is I hear they have horrible customer service. My only concern with the EMU is it's lack of rack-mountability (what do you do with it?) and I also heard the converters are not as good as the FW-1804.
